There is a large and professionally equipped kitchen, underfloor heating and all the amenities for 6 people to enjoy a privileged area with its spectacular surroundings by the sea. Available interior garage space. The house has an 6 x 3 meter outdoor pool (saline chlorination), multiple outdoor patios, one with a Weber BBQ.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The house has 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes or dressing room, and 2 bathrooms with towels, soaps and toilet paper. Distributed on the ground floor (3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub) and on the second floor there is 1 open bedroom of 40m2, desk, dressing room and bathroom with shower.
The main room has 25m2 with dressing room and spacious and bright bathroom.
Living Area
In the living room open to the porch, in addition to the rest area with large L couch, there is a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people.
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and bright, open to the living room and the patio. It is fully equipped with high-end Bosch Appliances.
Outdoor Spaces
On the patio we have a Weber Genesis II gas barbecue, table and benches for 8–10 people and a chill out area.
There is also a solarium area with two hammocks and garden hose to cool off.
Comfort & Sustainability
The house is perfect for colder months thanks to Passivehaus insulation standards and geothermal underfloor heating.
Technology & Entertainment
There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms, two LG 4K Smart TVs with Netflix and international channels, plus LG stereo with Bluetooth.
Laundry & Utility
The house has a laundry room with high-end Bosch washing machine and dryer, plus ironing area in the basement.
Parking
There is free outdoor parking nearby.
Optionally, two indoor garage spaces available at €15/day per car.
Accessibility
The space is not fully adapted; however, access to the house and the main areas (including shower) with wheelchair is possible since the house is mainly on the ground floor. Garden access requires assistance.
Guest Amenities
We usually leave beds made with several pillows, toilet paper, soap, towels in each bathroom, coffee and breakfast for the first day, and a few bottles of wine as a welcome gift.
Extra Services
We can book restaurants or activities such as paragliding, surf lessons, paddle board rentals, etc.
